Hunter's Mark + Serpent sting
Kill Shot(20%)
Explosive shot
Black arrow
Arcane Shot (when health at 80% or above ignore this)
Cobra Shot

Glyph and talent tweaks:
Careful Aim give you dps boost early at the fight which is good only for raid boss, you can try to remove this to max One with Nature for higher AP buff from Aspect of Hawk. You may test this and reply to this topic. You may also replace Glyph of Deterrence for Glyph of MD for easy questing.

This is currently the best dps spec for ae or single target. There is no perfect rotation for this, all you need is to be aware of how much focus you have and act accordingly. If you feels that this is too difficult for you, you might want to adopt MM instead, it currently has simplest rotation of all 3 spec.

Note: If you do manage your focus correctly (during boss fights), your top skill dps should be explosive shot, whether moving or stationary fights, if not you are doing something wrong.
