Guild Bank System Updated as at June 17 2011, For Patch 4.2 , FireLands

1. The guild bank will provide Flasks and guild repair to active raids. An active raid is a raid consisting of 80% Guild Members at all times. Failure to meet requirement = No flask for your raid. RAIDERS WHO SELL FLASKS GIVEN BY GUILD WILL BE SERIOUSLY DEALT WITH, IF I CANT KICK U DUE TO YOUR ROLE IN THE RAID, I WILL MAKE SURE ONLY U GET NO G REPAIR FOR EVER.

2. Guild bank will not provide mats for fish feast.

3. Guild bank will provide mats for BOEs or even BOEs (TO BE EQUIPPED) to CURRENT and PREVIOUSLY ACTIVE RAIDERS. Those who have raided in 4.0.6, 4.1 and are currently raiding in 4.2. Raiders caught selling those mats or BOEs for their personal gains will be seriously dealt with. IF I CANT KICK U I WILL MAKE SURE U HAVE NO G REPAIR FOR EVER

4. ALL RAIDS MUST CONTRIBUTE BOEs to be sold or in terms of Gold from BOEs in order to consistently upkeep the guild bank. If guild bank is losing substantial amount of gold during 4.2 onwards, SOME if not ALL PRIVILEGES might be taken away ONLY FROM that Raid which DOES NOT contribute.

5. Any other or related matters can be discusses privately with the Quartermaster/s, but please pick a suitable time

Our Gbank system focuses on transparency and rewards. Every valuable item (for e.g BoEs) given by individual raid groups will be recorded seperately by me, the QuarterMaster. Raid Members are welcomed to inspect the list of contributions by different raid groups and notify me of any errors. (Contribution list is shown below)

Evidence is also important to prove the transparency in our system. Every Valuable item sold will have screen shot taken by me of "trading in WoW" or Amount received via Mail Box. However the screenshots are not posted as it will be tedious to do so. Raid members are advised to request for screen shots on valuables (contributed by their raid) sold by me whenever in doubt.

As for the rewards system, it only applies to raid groups that have contributed substantially. Rewards includes Maelstrom Crystals, BoEs (for current content and FUTURE contents) and even gold might to distributed to raid groups. There will be an upcoming gold rewards for raid members of Raid 1 which will be announced later.

How to apply for Cauldrons provided by Guild Bank

Guild bank will try to provide cauldrons weekly to Niflheim raid groups that meet the following criterias:

1. Ability to clear at least 7/13 Normal Mode as and when the group is raiding.
2. Contribution of BoEs or Gold by raid leaders and members must be adequate. Inadequate contribution will result in lesser or no cauldron supplied. In contrast, the more contribution the more cauldrons and benefits.

Note: Cauldrons supplied by guild bank cannot be brought forward to the next week if raid group is not raiding for the current week.

As the guild has now become a 25 men Raid,

I have also stop recording the list of BoEs sold. Anyone with doubts on me being an honest nerd, can just check AH regularly and see how much gears are sold at and how much is bank in.

Reason being: It is very trouble some to do so and I rather spend my time on raid strat and guild bank productions.
