We are currently doing 25 men raids and we have 2 hunters active in raid and 1 inactive hunter. Before u are accept our invitation, it is our responsibility to emphasize the following concerns we have:

We do not mind having another hunter. However, it is unlikely that all 3 active hunters will get a raid spot at the same time. This means that, one hunter might be sitting out/rotated for the other. (This usually happens in Heroic mode progressions)

Being the new hunter in guild and raid, getting a raid spot will usually occur in normal modes and will only happen for "easier" heroic modes, which depends on the raid's ability.

In short, the best/higher ranked hunters will be have a raid spot for heroic modes progression, while in normal mode or easier heroics, hunters may be rotated in and out of the raid. This also depends on what boss drops (loots) that other hunters require. Basically the hunter with the highest rank gets to decide whether he wants to sit in or sit out for you.

The will only be 3 exceptions to the above , where all hunters have a raid spot at the same time.
1. The heroic mode requires 3 hunters for some reason. (Not that i know of any in the current content)
2. Unfortunately, for that very raid night, we lack dps. (Which is unlikely)
3. All 3 hunters are doing amazing dps and are the most valued Dpsers of the guild/raid. (This is possible, assuming all 3 hunters are just godlike.)

Apart from raid spot issues, we would also like to inform you that, our active and inactive hunters do amazing dps and have proven to be valuable asset to the raid in past and also recent performance. Therefore, it is important to as perform well as the other hunters in our raid due to the competitive nature within the hunters. Failure to do so might result in being sitted out completely, if all hunters are on during that particular raid night.

Last but not least, please refer to Raid Loot Policies under the management section of the forum. If everything is fine with you, we would gladly invite you to trial for our 25 men. In regards to siting out during raid, refer to the policies which can also be found in the management section of the forum.
